Programme Outcome

1.To provide knowledge regarding the basic concepts, principles and functions of management.
2. To develop business and entrepreneurial aptitude among the students.
3. To provide knowledge and requisite skills in different areas of management like human resource, finance, operations and marketing to give a holistic understanding of a business system.
4. To equip the students with knowledge related to qualitative and quantitative techniques for critical thinking and problem solving.
5. To provide practical industrial exposure to the students to hone their managerial competencies and business acumen while attaining a holistic understanding of a business/industry.
6. To prepare the students to deliver effective oral business presentations using a variety of appropriate technologies and achieve excellence in written communications.
7. To inculcate global view of the industrial and organizational establishments and their functions for taking viable decisions in international business setting.

Course Outcomes

• It typically equips students with a comprehensive understanding of business functions, including management principles, marketing, finance, accounting, operations, and human resource management, enabling them to analyse business situations, make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively in a professional setting; essentially preparing them for entry- level roles in various business sectors.
Specific Skills B.B.A Graduate may acquire include:
• Marketing:
Market research, product development, pricing strategies, promotion planning, customer relationship management.
• Finance:
Financial statement analysis, budgeting, investment management, capital budgeting, financial forecasting.
• Operations Management:
Production planning, inventory control, quality control, supply chain management.
• Human Resource Management:
Recruitment, employee development, performance management, labour relations.
• Entrepreneurship:
Business planning, fundraising, market validation, start up operations

Eligibility

Admission to the first semester of BBA degree course shall be open to a person who has passed senior secondary examination conducted by a recognized Board/Council/University securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.Provided further that:- A candidate who has been placed under compartment in the +2 examination conducted by a Board/Body/Council/University in India shall be eligible to seek admission to the First Semester of BBA course, provided he/she fulfills the following conditions:-
(a) He/she should have been placed compartment in one subject only;
(b) He/she should have obtained at least 20% marks in the subject in which he/she had been placed in compartment and;
(c) He/she should have obtained the requisite percentage of marks in the aggregate of the examination as laid down in the relevant regulations.
