Information about Teaching Staff at Government College Sri Muktsar Sahib
The 'Dhaab of Khidrana'- It marks the place where 40 sikhs became 'Mukta' and were freed from their sin, which was touched by the holy feet of the 10th Guru 'Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji' is today known by the name of Sri Muktsar Sahib. In this context, the Maghi fair seems to fully highlight the concept of Punjab, Punjabi and Punjabiyat. Government College Muktsar, established in 1951, has an invaluable heritage. The organization has had remarkable achievements for over seventy years. The organization also contributes a lot to the area in terms of social, cultural and moral values. Under the auspices of Panjab University, Chandigarh, the institute has achieved a high status in the field of youth / heritage fairs, dramatic activities and sports. The present is a time of great challenges. The Corona epidemic has shaken the entire country. Every effort is being made to make Punjab up to date. We have come to realize the importance of clean air by paying a heavy price. Great efforts will also have to be made for water conservation. The valuable comment made by Guru Nanak Dev Ji about "Abo Hawa" hundreds of years ago "Pawan Guru Pani Pita Mata Dharat Mahat" is still relevant today. There is a great need to preserve the precious treasures of life (air and water). The message of “Pahila Sukh Nirogi Kaya” physical healing can also be easily found in Gurbani. Undoubtedly the ability to acquire knowledge is greater in a healthy body. The adage "Put happiness on the tree" needs to be put into practice. Let's launch a social awareness campaign without any delay. I firmly believe that the joint efforts of the students and the teachers will definitely pay off. Knowledge intensifies the human consciousness. The true purpose of life can be achieved only by associating a deep relationship with books. Let's make books real friends. Pray for the safety of the daughters. Listen to healthy songs and music. Healthy songs and music not only soothes the soul, but is also a reason to live in a civilized society. Come on young people! Let's work together to fight against social ills. You are welcome to be a part of this glorious institution of Sri Muktsar Sahib. The dignity of the institution and the teachers is possible only because of you. I sincerely hope that you will inherit the high traditions of this organization.
